Rodeo Royalty 

My name is Caitlin Parker, and I am from Norway, Michigan.

I am incredibly honored and grateful to continue serving as your Miss U.P. Rodeo 2025 & 2026. Rodeo has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I spent countless weekends attending rodeos and western events with my parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Because of my family’s long history and involvement in rodeo, representing the Upper Peninsula Championship Rodeo has truly become a dream come true.

One of my favorite parts of wearing this crown is serving as a positive role model for the next generation. I hope to inspire young people to become involved in rodeo, whether that’s competing, volunteering, supporting the western lifestyle, or someday running for rodeo royalty themselves. Throughout this journey, I have been blessed with incredible support from my family, friends, sponsors, coaches, and the entire rodeo community. Their encouragement has made this experience unforgettable, and I am thankful for each and every one of them.

Outside of my queen duties, I enjoy spending time with my horse, JD, whether we’re carrying the American flag during rodeo ceremonies, competing at gymkhana shows, trail riding with my Grandpa Milt, or participating in western pleasure and horsemanship events. I also stay busy caring for my sheep, goats, steers, and pigs, while preparing them for county fairs and competitions.

I am actively involved in FFA, where I serve as Vice President, HOSA, where I serve as President, and I am also a proud member of the National Honor Society, French Club, and SALSA Club. After graduating from high school, I plan to attend college to become a Radiologic Technologist, allowing me to combine my passion for helping others with a career in healthcare.

As Miss U.P. Rodeo, I look forward to continuing to promote the sport of rodeo, western heritage, agriculture, and the values of hard work, leadership, kindness, and sportsmanship throughout the Upper Peninsula and beyond. Thank you for following along on this incredible journey—I can’t wait to see where this year takes us!

Hello everyone, it is your new 2026 U.P. Championship Rodeo Princess. My name is Madison Nooyen, but I go by Maddy. I am a 14-year-old and from Denmark, Wisconsin.

A little bit about me….

I have had the pleasure of being crowned the 2024 Carney Round Up Rodeo Princess, prior to holding my current title in 2025 and now in 2026; and boy oh boy had it been a wild and amazing ride representing and volunteering throughout my time being crowned. I am so excited to be able to continue representing the sport of rodeo and the U.P. with my current title. I have been involved in horses as long as I can remember. I have been showing horse shows since I was very young. Outside of rodeos I have shown my horses at the local county fairs, WIHA (Wisconsin Interscholastic Horsemanship Association) through my school, and I have ridden on the Hometown Heros Youth Drill team. I also participated in cross country, FFA, 4-H, and I play the Trumpet in the band. I have spent lots of time growing up around veterans and veteran organizations that hold a very special place in my heart.

I would like to give a huge thank you to my sponsors and family for there continued support towards me on this journey. I couldn’t have done it without you. I look forward to making you all proud in the year to come and to continue to meet new people!
