2025 Miss U.P. Rodeo Queen

Caitlin Parker

My name is Caitlin Parker. I’m 16 years old and from Norway, Michigan.

I am beyond excited and proud to be your 2025 Miss U.P. Rodeo! I always have had a passion for rodeo since I was a little girl, attending the rodeos and events with my parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts and uncles. I decided that I wanted to run for queen this year because our family, for generations, has been involved in rodeo events in some manner. I also wanted to be a positive role model for younger kids. So, hopefully, when they get older they will want to do the same thing as me, run for rodeo queen or participate in the rodeo lifestyle in some way. I couldn’t be where I am today without my family, friends, coaches, and sponsors who have supported me all the way and helped me whenever it was needed. I am so thankful for them and everyone who has encouraged, supported, or provided assistance along my journey!

In my free time I love to go on trail rides with my grandpa Milt and my horse, JD, go to gymkhana shows, and I’ve also started doing western pleasure and horsemanship this year and I love it! I spend a lot of time w my 4-H animals, doing chores and preparing them to show at local fairs. I have sheep, goats, pigs, and steers.

In school I’m involved in FFA ( Future Farmers of America) and HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America), and I am a member of the National Honor Society. Doing well in school is important to me and upon graduation from high school, I plan to go to Bellin college to be a registered nurse.

“Life’s a rodeo and all you have to do is stay in the saddle.”

Yours truly,
Caitlin Parker

2025 Miss U.P. Rodeo Princess

Maddy Nooyen

Hello everyone, it is your new 2025 U.P. Championship Rodeo Princess. My name is Madison Nooyen, but I go by Maddy. I am a 13-year-old and from Denmark, Wisconsin. I could not believe it when I heard my name being called for the awards and for the title of U.P. Championship Rodeo Princess. I was excited to be crowned by Addy Kakuk for a second year in a row.

A little bit about me….

Last year I was the 2024 Carney Round Up Rodeo Princess, and boy oh boy was that a wild and amazing ride representing and volunteering throughout the year. I am so excited to be able to continue representing the sport of rodeo and the U.P. with my new title. I have been involved in horses as long as I can remember. I have been showing horse shows since I was very young. Over the last year outside of rodeos I have shown my horses at the local county fairs, WIHA (Wisconsin Interscholastic Horsemanship Association) through my school, and I have ridden on the Hometown Heros Youth Drill team. I also participated in cross country, track and field, FFA, 4-H, and I play the Trumpet in the band. I have spent lots of time growing up around veterans and veteran organizations that hold a very special place in my heart.

I would like to give a huge thank you to my sponsors and family for supporting me on this journey. I couldn’t have done it without you. I look forward to making you all proud in the year to come.

Yours truly,
2025 U.P. Championship Rodeo Princess
Maddy Nooyen
